Cancellation

Should you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please contact our Hotel Reservations team at +880 241361101-15 or our Hotline at +880 1755 554 555. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your arrival date will be fully refundable. However, cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival are non-refundable.

Children’s Accommodation Terms

Guests under the age of 18 may only check in with a parent or legal guardian.
A maximum of one child under the age of 10 can stay in the room.
Children aged 10 years or older can request an extra bed, which will incur an additional charge per night.

Privacy Guidelines

Sound boxes, Loud music/ loud sound are not allowed in the room & hotel premises.
Personal photographers are not allowed on hotel premises.

Breakfast Guidelines

Complimentary breakfast is included for a maximum of two adults per room as part of the room rate.
One child below 5 years old can also enjoy a complimentary breakfast when accompanied by parents.
For children aged 5 to 10 years, breakfast will be charged at BDT 1,000 per day.
Guests aged 10 years and above are considered adults and must opt for an extra bed, which includes complimentary breakfast, charged as per the nightly rate.

Swimming Pool Guidelines

To ensure hygiene and safety, all guests must wear appropriate synthetic swimwear and shower before entering the swimming pool.

Check-In & Check-Out Guidelines

Check-In Time: 2:00 p.m.
Check-Out Time: noon. (Early check-in is subject to room availability.)
Guest Identification: A copy of NID, Driver’s License, or Valid Passport with the appropriate Visa is required for all adult guests at check-in.
Local nationals must provide a valid photo ID, and foreign nationals must present a valid passport with a visa at check-in.
Outside Food & Beverages: Outside food, beverages, and alcohol are not allowed on the hotel premises.
Guest Access: Only registered guests are allowed in the rooms.
Hotel Property: Hotel towels, bathrobes, and other amenities/equipment should not be taken outside of the hotel.
Gym Attire: To use Pulse Gym, guests must wear athletic/sports clothing and shoes.
Pets: Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
